Frequently asked questions

Yes — without exception. These aesthetic treatment FAQ'S make clear that a consultation is the only way to ensure a treatment is right for you. It is also where your personalised plan is created, so it is time well spent.

Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Is skin analysis included, or is it extra?

Included in every consultation as standard. The difference between our two consultations is the depth of assessment, time spent, and level of planning and follow-up afterwards.

What is the difference between the two consultations?

Skin Discovery (£60) is a 30-minute assessment with digital skin analysis. Skin Strategy (£100) is a longer appointment for complex concerns, including a 6–12 month roadmap, written plan, progress-tracking photography, and follow-up support.

Is the consultation fee refundable?

Skin Discovery (£60) is redeemable against programmes over £300. Skin Strategy (£100) is redeemable against programmes over £500.

How many sessions will I need?

Depends on your concerns and goals. Most corrective peel programmes are recommended as a course of 4–6, since 4 is where visible corrective change reliably begins.

Do I have to buy skincare on top of my treatment?

No. Every structured programme includes the home care needed to complete it. Nothing further to buy mid-course.

When will I see results?

Varies by treatment, skin condition, and consistency. You'll get a realistic timeline at consultation.

Are treatments suitable for darker skin tones?

Yes. Treatments are tailored following Fitzpatrick classification, and several protocols — including our PIH approach — are specifically chosen with Fitzpatrick IV–VI skin in mind.

Will I have downtime after treatment?

Depends on treatment and individual response. BioRePeel is designed for minimal to no downtime — you'll be told what to expect before proceeding.

Do chemical peels always cause visible peeling?

Not always. Some work at a deeper level without significant visible flaking.

Is the intimate depigmentation treatment safe and private?

Yes — nurse-led, clinically supervised, fully private and discreet, with a patch test carried out beforehand

Can all skin lesions be treated with CryoPen?

Not all. Unusual or suspicious lesions are referred for a digital mole review or GP/dermatology assessment first.

Are results guaranteed?

No reputable clinic can guarantee results. We promise a thorough, honest assessment and consistent support.

Can I have treatment if I am pregnant or breastfeeding?

Some treatments aren't suitable during pregnancy/breastfeeding — this is discussed at consultation

Will one PRP facial session give me results?

A single session is a good way to experience PRP and see how your skin responds, though results are typically modest. A course of three is the recommended clinical pathway.
